Charnette Farr
Hello! My name is Charnette Farr and I'm a PAL teacher for Short Avenue. I took on this role with great enthusiasm because I love working with children. My degree in Psychology from UCLA has prepared me for a long history of working with children with special needs. Prior to my employment with LAUSD, I was the owner of a small but thriving private business that provided in-home behavior services. I've gone from a therapeutic setting in UCLA's NPI, to the classroom, and have enjoyed learning many new things along the way. I enjoy musical theater, hanging out at the beach, and spending quality time with my family.
